Rules of Teaching.

Rasamaya Teacher Trainees - does this video remind you of my Rules of teaching? 1. it must come authentically from the heart 2. You need to recognize you are 'on stage'when you teach - as such your personal luggage never has a place in the space you are holding for your students 3. never use phrases such as 'er' ...'um' and my personal least favorites 'i want you to' and 'now we're
gonna'." xoxo C

Robin Marino talking about "Core"

Rasamaya Movement Center Newburyport instructor Robin Marino talking about "Core"
"Many people have been asking me what the difference between Core & Barre is - Think Barre, but *more*. We still go through all parts of the body, but there's no barre to rely on - all standing work is done free-standing. Sometimes people refer to this as "Standing Pilates", but whatever you call it, it's an opportunity to take what you learn in Barre and put it to work!!"
